WHAT TO EXPECT

 

1. CONTACT ME

Start by getting in contact with me via Instagram @crybaby.illustration (or Email if needed) including as much information as possible,

such as;

• Model & Make of your vehicle 
• Where you're located (so I know if i'm dealing with shipping)
• Photos of your motorbike/car parts (the higher quality the better)
• Theme ideas & references pictures (if possible)
• Colour preferences 

If you're not 100% sure on the theme/idea, i'm more than happy to help develop the entire concept!

 

2. CONSULTATION, MOCKUP SKETCH & QUOTE

Once we've spoken about your vision, i'll create a rough mockup sketch that we'll go back and forth with until you're 100% happy with the final design. 

I'll then provide an estimated completion timeframe and a personalised quote based on the complexity of the art and the level of detail required

Shipping fairings/parts are also included in this discussion, as I do not cover any shipping costs, instead that will be included in the pricing

 

3. BOOKING & DEPOSIT

With booking I will always offer my closest date and from there figure out a time/week that work best for us both.

To secure your booking, a deposit of 1/3 of the total payment is required before I begin illustrating.

All payments will be made through this website via a custom commission slot

 

4. CREATING YOUR ART

When your booking date comes around I will begin working on your art!

I begin with the correct prep (sanding, priming, etc),  then move to using the posca markers, and finish with clear coating, sanding & machine polishing

 

5. REVISIONS

Once the artwork is nearly complete (before clear coating)  you'll have the opportunity to request minor revisions to ensure you're completely happy with the final result

Major changes are not to be made, this is why the consultation process is so important!

 

6. FINAL TOUCHES & PICKUP/DELIVERY

Once you're happy with the artwork I will go ahead and clear coat and do all my final touches.

After the remaining balance has been paid your finished artwork will be delivered in the agreed format!
